[URGENT] Cadet Activity Program - Transportation

There will be two cadet drop off and pick up points during the Cadet Activity Program:

1. St-Hubert Military Base (4815 Chemin de la savane, St-Hubert, QC J3Y 9G1). Cadets will board a bus that will transport them to and from St-Jean.

   1. Drop off at 7:15AM.

   2. Pick up at 5:00PM.

2. St-Jean Military Base (25 Chemin Grand Bernier, St-Jean, QC J3B 2X8).

   1. Drop off between 7:30AM - 8:30AM.

   2. Pick up between 4:30PM - 5:30PM.

Each participating cadet must complete this form by choosing one of the two points, which must be respected throughout the entirety of the camp. (You cannot choose to go to St-Hubert on some days and to St-Jean on other days.)

If you do not complete the form on time, you will be automatically placed in the St-Hubert drop-off group.
