COVID-19 VACCINATION PASSPORT MANDATORY TO ATTEND ALL LOCAL AND EXTERNAL CADET ACTIVITIES
Please be advised that effective Friday December 3, 2021, ALL cadets who wish to enter the facilities that we use for our local training activities will be required to be fully vaccinated with 2 doses of COVID-19 vaccines and capable of producing a proof of vaccination.
In preparation for the implementation of this measure, cadets will be required to fill out an electronic survey to gather the essential information we need to administer this requirement. You can access the survey by clicking on the link below:
Cadets will have to provide this information only one time before Friday and it will be validated with their proof of vaccination on Friday night as they enter Antoine Brossard High School.
In accordance with the recently published Government directives, this measure will reduce some of the restrictions and allow us to gather more people in the same space while respecting the physical distancing.
