VOLUNTEER CADETS REQUIRED FOR SPECIAL FUND RAISING OPPORTUNITY
Our squadron has an opportunity to conduct a fund raising activity during the St-Hubert Air Show that will take place this week-end June 1-2, 2019.
The owner of the Varitron group is allowing us to use their employee's parking lot to park the air show participant's cars for the day for 15$. We need four teams of 5 cadets who will share the responsibility of managing the parking lot places for visitors. The dress for this activity will be uniform summer dress with squadron's T-Shirt with the winter coat inner only.
Cadets who are available and willing to be part of this fund raising effort will be invited to register at the beginning of the Gala tomorrow night for one of the week end shift:
Team A Sat June 1st 08:00 to 12:00
Team B Sat June 1st 12:00 to 16:00
Team C Sun June 2nd 08:00 to 12:00
Team D Sun June 2nd 12:00 to 16:00
Parents will have to drive cadets to Varitron building located on 4811 Ch de la Savane, Saint-Hubert, QC J3Y 9G1.
