The Self Defence Taekwon-do activity will begin at Marie Victorin Community Center this Sunday November 24, 2019 at 13:00. The following cadets have confirmed their participation to this fantastic activity:

Important reminder if you sign up:
Participating cadets must be available and committed to attend all 12 sessions. Cadets from all instruction level can attend but we are limited to one group of 16 cadets.
If you can not be available to attend ALL 12 sessions listed below, simply do not sign up. Session dates for which you MUST be present if you sign up:
