NEW OPTIONAL ACTIVITY STARTING NOV 12, 2017

As part of our optional program, we will be offering our cadets the opportunity to participate in self-defense Taekwon-Do lessons every two weeks on Sunday mornings from 10:00 to 11:30 at Marie-Victorin Community Center.

The activity will be delivered by Mr. Jean-François Fillion, a Brossard certified Taekwon-Do instructor. We will register a group of 16 cadets from both Squadrons on Friday November 3, 2017 and our first Self Defense session will start on Sunday November 12, 2017 at 10:00.

Cadets who sign up must be committed to attend all sessions on the schedule. The activity will be offered every second week on the following dates:
