FIELD ADVENTURE TRAINING EXERCISE OCTOBER 23-24, 2021
A one day outdoor activity for all cadets to introduce cadets from all levels to team work, leadership and adventure training. A second day of outdoor activities for our level 3-4-5 cadets to learn about orienteering and leadership.

As part of the Air Cadet mandatory program, all cadets have to participate to a Field Training Exercise. The objective is to familiarize our cadets with team work, leadership and adventure training. On Saturday, ALL cadets (Level 1,2,3 and4) will participate to the exercise. Level 1 and 2 adets will learn how to build a shelter, make a fire, cook their meals and sleep in a military tent or shelter that they built while level 4 and 5 cadets will learn about orienteering and leadership. They will have to apply a wide range of skills and to work as a team within their respective flights under the leadership of their senior cadets. All cadets will need to report to Marie Victorin Community Center on Saturday October 23, 2021 at 06:45 with their personal equipment listed in the kit list. Cadets will be transported by bus to the Farnham Garrison and will be brought back at Marie Victorin Community Center at 20:15 on Saturday October 23, 2021. On the next day, October 24, 2021, level 3-4-5 cadets will go back to Farnham Garrison to complete their advanced training on leadership and orienteering. Level 3-4-5 cadets wil report to Marie Victorin Community Center on Sunday October 24, 2021 at 06:45 with their personal equipment listed in the kit list and a cold lunch. Level 3-4-5 cadets will be brought back at Marie Victorin Community Center at 16:15 on Sunday October 24, 2021. For more details view our video clip: Field training exercise video clip
