Cadet365

An update about our transition to Cadets365 accounts.  It's going really well.  We have less than 100 cadets that didn't request their access codes. So if you want to be kept in the loop, request the procedure by sending an email at 338air@cadets.gc.ca with your cadet name and we will forward it so that you can activate your account.

Private Facebook page 

Our list of members from our private Facebook page was reset.

You want to be on it, be ready to re-submit a request AND answer the questions to gain access the page once again. Failure to answer the questions will result in your request to be denied.

Punctuality

For a second week in a row, I will keep this topic on our message.  We wish to remind cadets and parents about this: PUNCTUALITY!

It's imperative that you adjust your timing to be at the activity you want to attend, AT LEAST 5 MINUTES before it starts. If you come in late, you will get an "ARRIVED LATE" on the attendances list. For exemple, Marksmanship starts at 8:30. Be there for maximum 8:25.

Also, if the activity end at noon, parents must plan to be there at least 5 MINUTES BEFORE THE END of the activity. Why? Officers can't leave until ALL of the cadets are with their parents. If we have another activity to attend, it makes us late for the next activity.

So please by respect of the officers and other cadets, be there on time.

Administration/Supply

We have started to prepare FTU (green uniforms) for our new cadets.  We will contact you so that you can pick up your FTU kit.  Keep an eye on your Cadet365 email. 

If you have to exchange FTU parts only, it's time to drop by the appro!

For our new recruits, we will finalise your inscription (bring all the necessary documents), take your measurements in order to prepare your green uniform and hand it out at a later time during your training. Again, make sure you will be able to wait as we will try to expedite the process but it will take some time to complete the process.

Cadets quitting the 338, it's MORE THAN time to return your uniforms NOW and free spaces for a new cadet to join.

Dress: FTU with your baseball cap. Don't forget to wear your winter jacket.

When: Friday Oct 17 from 7:00PM - 10:00PM

Who: Level 4 only

Dress: FTU with your baseball cap. Don't forget to wear your winter jacket.
