This is friendly reminder to ALL parents that they are invited to the 338 Squadron Sponsoring Committee Annual Meeting!

Parents participation to this meeting is crucial since there will be an election of the squadron's sponsoring committee members. Just like a member of the board for an organization, our cadet's parents can join the committee and have the opportunity to influence some decisions. The committee meet once a month and work in close cooperation with the local military staff responsible to deliver the cadet program for your children.

You will find below additional information about the committee and the meeting agenda.

As the commanding officer, I certainly hope that many of you will attend the meeting and most importantly that some of you will join the committee.

The sponsoring committee is a key element in the existence of 338 Junior Wildcats Squadron in the Brossard community. It represents the civilian component of the partnership with the National Defence and contributes to the growth and vitality of our cadet unit. Solely composed of volunteers, we invite you to meet the 2019 sponsoring committee members and work towards making the best of 2020-2021’s challenges!

During this meeting, you’ll get the chance to know the parents of other cadet’s, thank the volunteers who give their time for the benefit of our children and consider the possibility to get involved as a volunteer or as a sponsoring committee voting member ready to influence decisions for the Squadron. All 2019 committee members mandate are expiring and need to be elected for a one training year mandate.
