MCPL JASON FITZGIBBON HONOURED AS ROYAL CANADIAN AIR FORCE AIR PERSON OF THE YEAR

Mcpl Fitzgibbon, a regular forces member instructing at 438 Squadron and currently volunteering with 338 Junior Wildcats Squadron, received yesterday the prestigious Air Marshall C.R. Slemon Award.

This award recognizes the outstanding performance of an individual member of the Royal Canadian Air Force, particularly focusing on Non-Commissioned Members. This individual will be designated “Airperson of the Year”.

The award was presented to Mcpl Fitzgibbon by Major General Blaise Frawley Deputy Commander of RCAF and Chief Warrant Officer Denis Gaudreault RCAF command Chief warrant officer.
