FINAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR SEPT 8TH ANNUAL VALIDATION & NEW CADET REGISTRATION
When: SEPTEMBER 8, 2019
Where: MARIE VICTORIN COMMUNITY CENTER located on 790 AVE VICTOR HUGO BROSSARD, QC.
1. CADETS ALREADY REGISTERED
WHAT TIME: You will be invited by level with one of your parents between 10:00 to 12:00 to complete your annual validation documents.
Level 4: 10:00 (if you were level 3 last year)
Level 3: 10:30 (if you were level 2 last year)
Level 2: 11:00 (if you were level 1 last year)
Level 1: 11:30 (if you joined cadets after April 1st)
* PARENTS MUST BRING A 120$ CASH OR CHEQUE AS A GUARANTEE DEPOSIT FOR THE L'AUTO CADET TICKETS THEY WILL RECEIVE.
After the annual validation, stay with us for a corn roast and optional activity information booths in the afternoon. Parents will be required to sign the documents and should also bring a $120 cheque or cash to guarantee the l'Auto cadet tickets each cadet will be receiving.
2. NEW CADET REGISTRATION
Youth WHO ARE AT LEAST 12 YEARS OLD who wish to register are invited to join us with at least one parent to attend one of our information sessions between 13:00 and 16:00. It will be possible to register new cadets right after attending the information session.
Parents should plan to have the medical insurance card of the child and the Brossard BCITI card to complete the registration. A 120$ cash or cheque will also be required as a guarantee deposit for the l'auto cadet tickets each cadet will be receiving.
