LAST CALL TO CONFIRM YOUR ATTENDANCE FOR THE ANNUAL PARENT MEETING FRIDAY JUNE 8, 2018 19:00

ALL cadets have to confirm whether or not they will be attending the annual parent meeting and summer camp final information session with one of their parents. You have to confirm on the squadron's web site whether or not you will be attending. Confirmation sign up must be completed on the web site no later than Thursday June 7 at 20h00.

Both parents and cadets are invited to join us at Antoine Brossard High School auditorium at 19:00 on Friday June 8, 2018 for the election of our new sponsoring committee and the final summer camp information session. Parents of cadets who are not going to summer are also expected to be present. The dress for cadets is civilian clothing with the squadron's blue T-Shirt.

It is a very important meeting since we will be electing the members of our very new sponsoring committee. This committee is an essential component to the success of an Air Cadet Squadron. It is made of parents and volunteers from the community.

The cadets who have been selected for summer camp MUST BE PRESENT with a parent because we will be providing the final information for camp departure. Absents will be replaced by substitutes.
